What is the return policy?
Purchased items can be returned within 100 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us right away with photos of the damage, and we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
When will I get my order?
Every item we make is custom made just for you, which means it takes a little longer than ordering a premade product from Amazon. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package right to your door.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are laser cut and engraved in Colfax, Washington, where we handle every order with care and attention to detail. We also source products from U.S. whenever possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United States.
